📌 Must vs Have to
Must — the speaker decides it is necessary: I must tidy my room. (ben karar verdim)
Have to — an outside rule or necessity: I have to wear a uniform at school. (okul kuralı)
Mustn't = yasak (forbidden) | Don't have to = zorunlu değil (not necessary)

4. Reading: Rules at Home
In my family, everyone has to help with household chores. My mother says that it is our responsibility as a family to share the work. Every morning, I must make my bed and tidy up my room before school. I also have to take out the rubbish twice a week.
My older brother has to mow the lawn on Saturdays and do the vacuuming. My younger sister should set the table before dinner and feed our cat. Nobody has to do everything — we share the duties fairly.
We also have family rules. We must be home by 9 pm on school nights. We mustn't use our phones at the dinner table. We don't have to do chores on Sundays — that is our free day!
Last month, my brother broke the phone rule and he was grounded for a week. The consequence was fair, I think. Rules may seem strict, but they help our family live together happily.
