📖Reading: My Old Neighbourhood
My grandfather told me about his old neighbourhood. There was a big market square in the centre. There were small wooden houses and narrow cobblestone streets. There wasn't a single traffic light.
The air was much cleaner and people were friendlier with each other. Now there are tall apartment blocks and busy roads. But my grandfather says the community spirit was the best thing about the old neighbourhood.
